SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of a battery with flowing electrolyte, specifically to methods and systems for monitoring, controlling, charging and/or discharging batteries with flowing electrolyte. The system for controlling a separate packet in battery with flowing electrolyte has a packet controller for mutual connection during operation with at least one of several packets of accumulator cells in a battery with flowing electrolyte, an input sensor for providing information on operating status of the said at least one packet of accumulator cells, apparatus for outputting a control signal for separate control of the charge status in the said at least one packet of accumulator cells, based on information on operating status.
EFFECT: improved method and/or device for monitoring, controlling, charging and discharging cells in a battery with flowing electrolyte.
