SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a battery pack for connecting to an electric tool. Disclosed is a battery pack, which comprises a display element, a remaining capacitance detector, a remaining capacitance display control device, an irregularity detector and an irregularity display control device. The remaining capacitance detector detects the remaining battery capacitance. The remaining capacitance display control device displays the remaining capacitance detected by the remaining capacitance detector while controlling the illumination state of the display element. The irregularity detector detects irregularity in the battery. The irregularity display control device displays irregularity in the battery detected by the irregularity detector while controlling the illumination state of the display element in an irregularity display state which is different from the remaining capacitance display state, which is controlled by the remaining capacitance display control device.

EFFECT: providing the user with a function for determining and displaying irregularity in a battery.
