FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering and may be used in contemporary, noise-protected and confidential systems of information protection to develop a noise signal, in control and measurement systems for measurement of frequency characteristics, and also in coding systems for generation of random numbers and sequences. The invention consists in the fact that the device comprising a clock pulse oscillator, an N-digit shift register, a summator by module two, a start circuit, and besides, the output of the clock pulse oscillator is connected with the input "C" of the shift register, the output of m digit of which is connected with the first input of the summator by module two, the second input of which is connected with the output of the circuit of start and initial initialisation of shift register, one of inputs of which is connected with the output of the last digit of the shift register, the input "D" of which is connected with the output of the summator by module two, additionally comprises an analog chaotic generator G1, a controlled source of reference voltage and an analog comparator DA1 of the level of the chaotic generator signal with the level of the reference signal, set by the controlled source of reference voltage, arranged on a potentiometer R1.

EFFECT: creation of a digital generator of a chaotic signal, having, in contrast to a prototype, a truly random nature of an output signal, with preservation of a sheet-oriented simplicity and comparably small dimensions.
