SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to functional diagnostics. Index of bioelectromagnetic reactivity (BEMR) is measured in paired symmetrical points of right and left temporal regions of head. Results of measurements are compared and dominating hemisphere of brain is determined by larger BEMR index value. After impact by physical exercise values of BEMR indices are re-measured. Remeasured BEMR indices are compared to each other and dominating hemisphere is re-determined. If after impact by physical exercise the same brain hemisphere remains dominating, domination in initial state sympathetic VNS tone is stated, and person's condition is estimated as subcompensated, conditioned by emotional strain, excitation or stress. If after exercise the other hemisphere becomes dominating, domination in initial state parasympathetic VNS tone is stated, and initial psychophysiological condition is estimated as subcompensated, conditioned by inhibition of central nervous system, decreased metabolism.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for estimation of psychophysiological condition of human organism.
