FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for prevention of instability of hip component of hip joint endoprosthesis. Ozonated crushed demineralised bone matrix is introduced into cavity of bone-marrow canal. Under impaction of hip component of endoprosthesis excess of bone matrix comes out under pressure in retrograde way, filling usurae of cortical layer from the side of bone-marrow canal and defects between compact layer of proximal part of hip bone and surface of hip component of endoprosthesis.
EFFECT: method ensures replacement of defects of bone-marrow canal of different shape and size, regeneration of bone tissue in the place of endoprosthesis implantation with further osteointegration.
