FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in primary hip replacement in patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis. Impact of spongy bone crumbs into the pre-prepared canal of the proximal femoral bone is ensured by spongy bone crumbs mixed with Alphacalcidolum at a weight ratio of about 1:1×10-6. Fixation of the femoral component of the endoprosthesis is performed by bone cement mixed with calcium phosphate in weight ratio 40:1.
EFFECT: method provides formation of a strong bone support of a proximal femur for installation of a femoral component of a hip joint prosthesis due to use of a spongy allocrumbs mixed with Alphacalcidolum.
