SUBSTANCE: one should obtain the desired access due to dissecting femoral soft tissues from proximal femoral department for the length of 20-25 cm in distal direction up to the border between the upper and the middle third of a femur. Then one should remove endoprosthesis components, place a spacer with a drainage tube in its through canal to wash medullary canal of a femur. In external cortical plate of a femur one should form a longitudinal groove followed by washing cotyloid cavity with the help of drainage tubes. One drainage tube should be placed into anterior upper department of cotyloid cavity, the second drainage tube - into posterior inferior department of cotyloid cavity. One should perform aspiration of washing liquid out of medullary canal of femur with the help of a drainage tube which should be introduced into medullary canal through longitudinal groove in external cortical plate of a femur The innovation enables to decrease the risk for the relapse of inflammatory process and develop a support-type neoarthrosis.
