FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for re-examination of the abdominal cavity in acute ischemia of the intestine contains a rack, a removable rack and pinion drive attached to two jaws, perpendicular strips fixing the jaws at a selected distance, a bar fixed to the operating table, a chain attached to the jaws and a rod, five Kirschner wires attached to the jaws. Two Kirschner wires are attached to the jaws in parallel to the laparotomic wound longitudinal axis for the purpose of reducing and dividing the edges of the wound in the frontal plane. Three Kirschner wires are curved in the middle third and attached to the jaws perpendicular to the laparotomic wound longitudinal axis with the possibility of moving the edges of the wound when rotating about its axis by 90° in the sagittal plane to lift the abdominal wall above the abdominal organs and blindly inserting the laparoscope.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to move and fix the edges of the laparotomic wound of the abdominal wall both in the sagittal and in the frontal plane of the abdomen.
