FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. System for intraocular lens delivery contains cartridge with through hole; manual block with cavity for cartridge; plunger, coaxially placed into manual block, tip, which has possibility of performing reciprocating movements in through hole of cartridge, when cartridge is placed on the section with cavity in manual block; threaded external shaft, placed on proximal end of plunger; ring with ball fixer, installed with possibility of rotation on manual block and multitude of angular pockets in ring with ball fixer, which correspond to fixing balls. Angular pockets alternately make fixing balls enter external shaft groove and leave it in response to turn of the ring with ball fixer. Ring blocking results in plunger moving by rotation of butterfly screw or head. Ring unblocking makes it possible for plunger to move when butterfly screw or head are pressed on by syringe principle.
EFFECT: increased system efficiency.
