SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely a biomaterial for bone defect replacement. The biomaterial for bone defect replacement on the basis of natural coral of the Acroporidae or Pocillporidae or Faviidae family either natural or grown in a marine culture, either in the form of solid fragments, or granulated, free from coral dust and microorganisms in flowing water, 3% sodium hypochlorite or ultrasound, dried and sterilised in γ-emission in the certain environment. The biomaterial for bone defect replacement on the basis of natural coral of the Acroporidae or Pocillporidae or Faviidae family either natural or grown in the marine culture a surface of which is additionally activated in autologous thrombocyte lysate (ATL) by placing the liquid ATL in the certain environment.
EFFECT: preparing the biomaterial for bone defect replacement.
