SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I) 
: in form of a mixture of (2S)-2-({3'-chloro-4'-[(2,2-dimethylpyrrolidin-1-yl)carbonyl]-5-fluorobiphenyl-2-yl}oxy)propanoic acid and (2R)-2-({3'-3-chloro-4'-[(2,2-dimethylpyrrolidin-1-yl)carbonyl]-5-fluorobiphenyl-2-yl}oxy)propanoic acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Described are methods of producing said compounds, crystalline forms of the compounds and intermediate compounds. Compounds of formula I are CRTH2 receptor modulators.
