FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises stock preheating during its displacement in vertical thermochemical reactor on conveyor rising flight by heat generated by tubular electric heaters, loading said stock into reactor, and thermochemical processing in the follow of heat carrier gas. Said heat carrier is fed into stock at different levels via axial pipeline on distributing heat carrier at every level over conical surface from to bottom. It includes additional heating of stock from the side of reactor walls by heat generated by said heaters, separating vapor-gas mix into liquid and gas components, and discharging solid residue.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing.
