FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: assembly of membrane suction device includes casing (1) of membrane of rigid form, cover (3) of membrane of rigid form made as integral part and containing pump chamber (31) that has bottom area and side wall (36) enclosing bottom area and widening towards outside, and also it contains pump membrane (2) made as integral part that has membrane plate (20), flexible membrane piston (21), at least, one inlet valve (23) and, at least, one outlet valve (24). Membrane plate (20) is located between membrane casing (1) and membrane cover (3), and membrane casing (1), pump membrane (2) and membrane cover (3) are interconnected in specified position in relation to each other via connecting elements (15, 15', 15"). Membrane piston (21) goes through membrane casing (1) as well as covers pump chamber (31) of membrane cover (3). According to invention there provided is more than three connecting elements (15, 15', 15"), note that they form material interlocking and/or body closure.
