FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electric capacity converter (1A) transmits and receives, via a transformer (14), electric capacity between a source (2) of AC capacity and the second accumulator battery (4), or between the first accumulator battery (3) and the second accumulator battery. The electric capacity converter comprises the following components: a common current-conducting bus (CB) for connection of the following elements with a primary winding (141a, 141b) of the transformer (14): the first electrode of a source of AC energy and the first electrode of the first accumulator battery, the first circuit of a switch (13) for selective connection of the following elements with the primary winding (141a, 141b) of the transformer: the second electrode of a source of AC energy and the second electrode of the first accumulator battery; the second circuit of a switch (15) for connection of the second accumulator battery with a secondary winding (142a, 142b) of the transformer, and a controller (100) for control of electric capacity of the AC energy source, the first accumulator battery and the second accumulator battery by connection and disconnection of the first and second circuits (13, 15) of the switch.

EFFECT: development of an electric capacity converter of small size.
