SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile communication networks. Method for use in roaming of mobile device, comprising storing on a subscriber identification module (SIM) card a first international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) and used to identify SIM in network; after movement of mobile device from home network to first network time of staying in first from time of stay, change of first IMSI on second IMSI connected with home location registry (HLR) of first partner a mobile communication network, it is used to identify SIM in network and first IMSI; when mobile device from first partner network to second network time of staying in second from time of change is initiated by a mobile device second IMSI back to first IMSI, transfer of home network in mobile device command message change first IMSI on third IMSI connected with HLR second partner a mobile communication network.
EFFECT: technical result consists in using local identification for communication by user mobile device in roaming.
