FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: systems and methods are described, which assist in searching, selection and repeated selection of a cellular cell within framework of a wireless communication network, which comprises a home node - basic station (home nodeB). User equipment (UE) may detect a home node B and send its identification information to a macro-network comprising at least one node - basic station (nodeB). The detected home node B and node B may be hierarchically structured to set the priority of connection with a home node B above the node B. Such assignment of priorities may be implemented by means of broadcasting transfer of parameters of the home node B and parameters of the macronode B containing identification information.

EFFECT: provision of efficient repeated selection of a cellular cell, implementation of efficient search, reduced effect at waiting time.
