SUBSTANCE: physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) is transmitted in such a manner, which restrains user equipment (UE) from PDCCH decoding at several levels of aggregation. Ambiguous dimensions of useful load are identified and modified via supplementing with zeros with the help of one or more bits on the basis of the useful load size. Sequences of aggregation level scrambling may be formed so that the receiving user equipment may accurately identify the level of aggregation, at which the PDCCH shall be decoded. Bits of the indicator, which alarm the level of aggregation in the UE, may also be included into the PDCCH.

EFFECT: reliable exchange of control signals.
