FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method is as follows: the components are mixed in the following quantities, kg per 100 kg of the ready product; prime grade wheat flour - 28.19, sugar sand - 29.73, egg powder - 8.88, vanillin - 0.01, baking powder - 3.06, an emulsifier - 0.14 kg, "Valetek-8" vitamin-and-mineral additive - 0.7 kg, wheat fibres - 1.88 kg; one adds into the produced mixture margarine (31.7 kg) and water; then one performs the mixture beating, moulding, baking and cooling.

EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the cakes production technology, improve the cakes organoleptic indices of quality as well as to enhance beneficial properties of the product manufactured.
