FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely, to low-acidity forage preparation devices. Proposed device comprises loading tray, vaned drum with bunkers, perforated moving and fixed cylinders, discharge chute and unloading section. Device incorporates distribution bush with inlet and outlet branch pipes fitted on plain bearing and aligned moving cylinder outside hollow tube. Said hollow tube is arranged aligned with moving perforated cylinder in device unloading section and divided by web into two isolated channels. One side of said channels communicate with sad inlet and outlet branch pipes and opposite side communicates with drum vanes. The latter represent a hollow bilifar helix with its cavities interconnected via annular channel and connected with tube cavities to form common channel.

EFFECT: production of lime milk plus application of heat for water heating.
