FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed anti-stick ceramic coating consisting of two superposed layers: base layer for application of substrate consisting of matrix including product of reaction of silica sol condensation, organoalkoxycilane, solvent and, possibly, catalyst, and external layer consisting of matrix including product of reaction of silica sol condensation and of organoalkoxycilane including insignificant share of fluoralkoxysilane. There are also disclosed the procedure for preparation of an external layer of claimed coating and procedure for application of claimed coating on substrate.
EFFECT: higher resistance to abrasive wear, raised surface hardness and long life wear resistance of coating.
