Claimed is method of assessing prevailing type of personality (versions), in application of psychophysiological questionnaire or set of test tasks and further assessment of the results, obtained by them, in application of questionnaire assessment of the results being performed after their comparison with assessment stored in preliminarily formed base of successful expert assessments, which characterise types of activity and tasks and/or functional of said types of activity, and determine physiological value of activity, implementation of activity tasks and/or functional, and in application of set of test tasks perform general assessment of results of carrying out complex of psychophysiological sets of test tasks by their comparison with assessments, stored in preliminarily formed data base of expert assessments, which characterise types of activity and tasks and/or functional of said types of activity, and determine physiological value of activity, implementation of activity tasks and/or functional.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to assess prevailing type of behaviour; individual style of activity; carry out professional orientation, form personnel reserve and assist in personnel rotation.
