FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building. Proposed method consists in releasing buoyancy tank on flexible links from underwater structure to allow floating-up with automatic stop and retention at preset safe depth after buoyancy tank gets in contact with ice blanket. Said buoyancy tanks are composed of one or several articulated streamlined bodies with large length-to-width ratio of 5:1, flexible links being secured to buoyancy tank bottom ends.
EFFECT: higher safety.
