FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises at least one heating section 8 of a heating coaxial cable arranged in a tie 9 with a working heating surface 10. The tie 9 is made in the form of a layer of a frost-resistant and heat-conductive material that self-hardens under atmospheric conditions, the lower part of which is reinforced with a metal grid 7, rigidly connected to the heating section 8 and the roof 1. Between the tie and the roof there is a layer 6 of elastic heat insulation material laid, being covered on top and bottom with a reflecting heat-conductive material.
EFFECT: reduced losses of heat to environment, lower power inputs and increased service life of a device.
