FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for operation of a heating turbo-unit includes supply of live steam into a high pressure stage, using spent steam of this stage in stages designed for use of steam with lower parameters, with final spending of steam in the lower pressure stage. When extracting steam into the heating system, the volume of steam is defined, which is taken for heating needs, and they provide for supply of the additional volume of live steam into the heating turbo-unit in the same volume, at the same time the additional volume of live steam is supplied into the stage of low pressure, after bringing its temperature and pressure in compliance with parameters of spent steam of the preceding stage, supplied at the moment into the lower pressure stage, for this purpose they use a quick-acting reduction cooling plant, which is preferably placed in the close proximity to the turbo-unit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase actual electric capacity of heating turbogenerators of a TPP in a heating period.
