FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a pipe-breaking tool and an expander connected by a rope. The pipe-breaking tool is made in the form of upper and lower bases connected to each other with the possibility of fixed radial displacement. In the upper base oppositely to a disk knife there is an additional disk knife. The expander comprises four parts of the truncated cone, in every of which there are two radial threaded holes arranged in parallel to each other, one of which is through, and the other one is blind, and two radial slots arranged in parallel to each other. Threaded holes and slots are arranged mutually perpendicularly to each other. Parts of the truncated cone are connected to each other with the possibility of fixed radial displacement with the help of screws installed in threaded holes and slots. On each rear end of the truncated cone parts there is an equidistant ledge for fixation of a new plastic pipeline.

EFFECT: possibility for simultaneous damage of old pipelines and pulling of new pipelines of different diameters.
