FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a pipe destructing working element in the form of two upper and two lower forks movably connected to each other and installed on axes. Each fork is connected on both ends to one fork, thus forming a rhombi. A cutting disk is installed on ends of lower forks connected to each other. An additional cutting disk is installed opposite the above described cutting disk on ends of upper forks. Coaxial through holes, one of which has a thread, are made in the axes attaching upper forks to lower ones. A bolt is installed in holes with possibility of fixed movement. Expander consists of a connecting cylindrical element with a through axial threaded hole and two similar parts of a flattened cone, which are made as an integral part of eye lugs. Small flattened cone made as an integral part of front and rear rods is located between parts of flattened cone. Thread interacting with thread of the cylindrical element hole is made on the front rod. Radial slots are made in cylindrical element and equally spaced relative to its axis; eye lugs of parts of the flattened cone are installed in them on axes.

EFFECT: possible replacement of pipelines of various diameters.
