FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in a device each of rope elements is arranged in the form of a crosspiece. At each end of the crosspiece there is a radial slot, in which a roller is installed on axes. In the centre of the crosspiece there is a figure slot for the rope for its entire thickness. In the figure slot in the plane of its cross section and at the angle of 30-60 degrees to the crosspiece ends there is a threaded hole, where a fixing screw is installed. Each of expanders is arranged in the form of an external hollow hemisphere, where there is a hole arranged along the axis of symmetry. In the external hemisphere there is a coupled internal hollow hemisphere with a tail, where a coupled ball is installed. The external hemisphere, the internal hemisphere and the ball are installed as capable of rotation relative to the axis of their symmetry and rotation in longitudinal and transverse directions relative to each other. By means of a detachable joint the internal hemisphere of the expander via the tail is connected with a pipe-breaking actuator, the internal hemisphere of the additional expander via the tail is connected with the expander ball, the additional expander ball is connected with an accessory for fixation of a new pipeline. Each expander is equipped with a cover arranged in the form of a ring attached to the rear wall of the external hemisphere. In the pipe-breaking actuator behind the disc knives there are additional disc knives installed oppositely to each other and in the same plane of cross section, which protrude beyond the border of the inner surface of the damaged pipeline by the value that is higher than thickness of its wall.

EFFECT: higher reliability when passing through curvilinear sections of pipelines.
