A degree of severity of the functional state of liver by the 5-point system wherein a proper point is assigned to each rated value. Then the points are summed up. If total score is 56-54, the absence of the functional state of liver is stated; total score 53-43 testifies to a mild disorder, and total score 42-29 shows a moderate disorder, while an absolute disorder is shown by total score 2-0.

EFFECT: method enables predicting the diseases and specifying indications for liver transplantation, as well as medical and social assessment.
