SUBSTANCE: display panel substrate includes an electrode lead for connection with the outer circuit board, an output bus, which is electrically solid in respect to the electrode lead, a layer to layer insulating film, coating the output bus, a film of conductive material, applied on the electrode lead and electrically solid in respect to the electrode lead, and a film of conductive material applied on the output bus, while the layer to layer insulating film is connected between them, and electrically solid in respect to the output bus. The film of the conductive material applied on the electrode lead and the film of the conductive material applied on the output bus, while the layer to layer insulating film is included between them, are separated on the peripheral section of the layer to layer insulating film.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude a short circuit chain between electrode leads in a display panel substrate.
