FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, bulb onions cutting, sauteing in vegetable oil and milling, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling. One mixes the listed components with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander, nutmeg, nutmeg flower and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce. Mackerel is cut, maintained in salt solution, mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil; the mackerel and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
