FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a mixture for making refractory concrete, which contains chrome magnesite, bauxite, dinas, wastes from production of zirconium dioxide after the chlorination step and binder - crystalline hydrates of sodium polysilicate Na2O·4SiO2·10H2O or Na2O·5SiO2·9H2O or Na2O·6SiO2·8H2O, with the following ratio of components, wt %: crystalline hydrate of sodium polysilicate (1.5-2.5), chrome magnesite (12-17), bauxite (1.5-2.0), dinas (58.5-73.0), wastes from production of zirconium dioxide after the chlorination step (12-20).
EFFECT: concrete obtained from the disclosed mixture has higher initial deformation temperature under a load, heat resistance and water resistance.
