The composition for the manufacture of unfired zircon refractory concrete contains colloidal sodium polysilicate with a silicate modulus of 6.5 and natural amorphous finely dispersed silica as a silicate-sodium binder in the following ratio of components, wt.%: zircon filler - 57-81, finely ground zircon - 8-18, colloidal sodium polysilicate - 2-4, finely ground diatomite - 6-16, natural amorphous finely dispersed silica - 3-5, water at the rate of W/T 0.12-0.14 by weight of dry components, and the specified natural finely dispersed silica has the following oxide composition , wt.%: SiO₂ - 87.00; A1₂O₃ - 5.00; TiO₃ - 0.3; Fe₂O₃ - 2.25; P₂O₅ - 0.07; FeO less than 0.25; CaO - 0.72; MgO - 0.50; MnO - 0.02; K₂O - 1.03; Na₂O - 0.58; SO₃ less than 0.10; calcination losses - 2.26.
