FIELD: building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of building materials and can be used in the manufacture of products from zircon non-fired heat-resistant concrete, obtained without prior firing. The composition for the manufacture of unfired zircon refractory concrete contains colloidal sodium polysilicate with a silicate modulus of 6.5 and natural amorphous finely dispersed silica as a silicate-sodium binder in the following ratio of components, wt.%: zircon filler - 57-81, finely ground zircon - 8-18, colloidal sodium polysilicate - 2-4, finely ground diatomite - 6-16, natural amorphous finely dispersed silica - 3-5, water at the rate of W/T 0.12-0.14 by weight of dry components, and the specified natural finely dispersed silica has the following oxide composition , wt.%: SiO2 - 87.00; A12O3 - 5.00; TiO3 - 0.3; Fe2O3 - 2.25; P2O5 - 0.07; FeO less than 0.25; CaO - 0.72; MgO - 0.50; MnO - 0.02; K2O - 1.03; Na2O - 0.58; SO3 less than 0.10; calcination losses - 2.26. Also described is a method for manufacturing unfired zircon refractory concrete from the above composition.

EFFECT: increase in thermal stability and water resistance of concrete.
