Chromium-magnesite heat-resistant concrete manufacturing composition, including binder, chromium-magnesite aggregate, fine fillers and water, as the binder contains colloidal sodium polysilicate with silicate module of 6.5, obtained by introducing the 16 % hydrosol of silica into the 20 % aqueous sodium silicate solution at a ratio of 1:1.6, stirring at 100 °C for 3.0 h with holding for not more than 0.5 h, and finely ground chromium-magnesite and periclase-chromite products finely ground scrap as finely ground filler with the following ratio of components, wt%: chromium-magnesite filler of 0.18–7 mm fraction: 60–80, finely ground chromium-magnesite Ssp=2,500–3,000 cm2/g: 8–16, colloidal nano-dispersed sodium polysilicate: 5–12.5, finely ground periclase-chromite products scrap Ssp=2,500–3,000 cm2/g: 7–11.5, water from the calculation of W/S of 0.12–0.14.
