FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to heat-resistant concretes. Composition for magnesite refractory concrete producing, including: binder, magnesite filler, floured fillers and water, contains sodium colloidal nano-dispersed polysilicates as binder and periclase-chromite articles scrap as floured fillers, alumina sludge in following proportions, wt %: magnesite filler 60–80, floured magnesite 8–16, sodium colloidal nano-dispersed polysilicate 5–12.5, floured periclase-chromite articles scrap 4–6.5, floured alumina slag 3–5, water based on W/S=0.12–0.14. Method of magnesite refractory concrete making from said composition, involving, that sodium colloidal nano-dispersed polysilicate with silica modulus 6.5 is preliminary prepared by adding 16 % silicon dioxide hydrosol to 20 % aqueous solution of sodium silicate with their ratio of 1:1.6, mixed at 100 °C for 3.0 hours with holding of not more than 0.5 hours, while simultaneous stirring in high-speed mixer floured fillers are introduced: magnesite with specific surface area of 2,500–3,000 cm2/g, periclase-chromite articles scrap with fraction of less than 0.15, from alumina sludge with fraction of less than 0.15 and water based on W/W=0.12–0.14 (depending on composition of mixture) until homogeneous suspension and obtained mixture is stirred with refractory magnesite filler in forced action blade mixer until homogeneous mass.
EFFECT: higher initial deformation temperature under load of 1/5 MPa, thermal resistance and water resistance.
