FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in making working floor at cliffed coast abutment to install high-capacity crane to allow hook lift to height exceeding that of cliffed coast as well as pile driver. Long large-diameter piles are driven into bench near shore line to mount first row of piled substructure and first span of the structure. Then, aforesaid crane with pile driver are placed on mounted span to drive next row of piles into bench. Next structure span is erected. Note here that cantilever structures are made under structure spans by top-down technology. Said structures make top tier of recreation complex. Crane is used to make cantilever structures. Said structures are secured at driven piles while lower tiers of recreation complex floors are mounted on cantilever structure rails. Thereafter, installations are continued unless leader piles extend to sea to design position and form reinforced concrete carcass above sea area. Said carcass is used to mount walling, cloisters and porticos.
EFFECT: development of recreation zones.
