SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to method of treating spotted psoriasis in subject by introduction to subject of antibodies, able to bind with p40-subunit IL - 12 and/or IL - 23. Claimed antibody or its antigen-binding part is introduced to subject in dose from nearly 100 mg to nearly 200 mg, in such way treatment of spotted psoriasis is achieved.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to realise effective treatment of spotted psoriasis.
