SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to human antibodies, preferentially recombinant human antibodies which are characterized by specific binding with tumour necrosis factor a (hTNFα). The antibodies show high affinity to hTNFα (Kd=10-8 M or less), low dissociation rate (Koff=10-3 s-1 or less) and neutralise hTNFα activity in vitro and in vivo. The antibodies under the invention can be a full-length antibody or its antigen-binding fragment. The antibodies or antibody fragments under the invention are effective in hTNFα detection and in hTNFα activity inhibition in pathologies and/or diseases, e.g. human hTNFα-mediated diseases.

EFFECT: inventions also cover nucleic acids, expression vectors of recombinant human antibodies and pharmaceutical compositions on the basis of human antibodies.
