Invention describes recombinant vector expressing variable region of heavy and light chains of isolated human antibody, Chinese hamster ovary cells CHO dhfr- carrying vector. Invention discloses a method for synthesis of isolated human antibody. The isolated human antibody or its antigen-binding fragment can be used as an active component of pharmaceutical composition used in treatment of disturbances when activity of TNF-α is harmful. Using the invention allows neutralization of effect of TNF-α in case when its activity is harmful. Invention can be used in medicine.
