FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to stamping, and may be used in making different-thickness bottoms. Proposed unit comprises top and bottom pedestals, four columns, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic system, pump station, pipelines, and compressed air feed assembly. Hydraulic cylinders are suspended at top pedestal slots to displace therein and to be adjusted for different sizes of bottoms. Bottom pedestal table centre has bore to feed forming fluid under bottom blank. Proposed unit comprises system to follow bottom blank height. Bottom pedestal inner centre part may accommodate forming fluid vessel. Top pedestal central part accommodates collector-distributor.
EFFECT: making different-thickness bottoms of required quality.
