FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing building materials by means of presses, manufacturing foundation blocks by the method of vibratory compacting from semi-dry (hard) concrete. Self-propelled unit for producing concrete foundation blocks comprises a frame of a vibration press base equipped with a geared motor, wheels, vibrating press with a hydro station, hydraulic distributor, forming tool (matrix-punch), charging capacity. Frame is welded and consists of two parts: a frame of vibrating press and a bucket frame. Frame of the vibrating press consists of two lateral parts having a U-shaped profile. In the lower part of the frame, the vibrating press is located directly. In the upper part of the frame of the vibrating press there is a punch holder equipped with replaceable plates of the punch. For fixing the punch, frames, which are made in two variants for forming blocks and semiblocks, are used. Frame of the vibrating press is equipped with wheels driven by a hydraulic cylinder and supplemented with a pumping station to ensure the supply of working fluid under operating pressure to the matrix cylinders, punch, dampers, pivot wheels and bucket, as well as its drainage, hydraulic pressure adjustment, overload protection and hydraulic control of the unit. Matrix is equipped with a detachable insert and vibrators and is a prefabricated structure in which the width of the longitudinal front wall can vary due to the reinstallation of the longitudinal front wall, that allows to produce blocks of different widths. Charging capacity is made in the form of a charging bucket, which combines the charging capacity and two bunkers to create a reserve of the molding mixture, equipped with vibrators and welding fangs.
EFFECT: technical result is increased operational reliability due to a constructive solution and reduced time of drying a manufactured product.
