FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel N, S-substituted derivatives of isothiourea of general formula (1): where R=(CH3)2CH; C2H5, which has NOS-inhibiting, vasoconstrictor and radioprotective action. Compounds are suitable for obtaining pharmaceutical composition, suitable for treatment of hypotonic conditions, such as collapse, hypovolemic and vasodilatation shock, refractor stages of shock, arterial hypotension, associated with reduction of vascular tonus, in effective dose 0.01÷0.1LD50 and for obtaining pharmaceutical composition, suitable in protection against radiation affection in effective dose 0.2÷0.4 LD50.
EFFECT: compounds have NOS-inhibiting activity, capable for suppression of catalytic activity of carbon oxide synthesis, as well as antihypotensive action, conditioned by expressed and durative increase of AP in case of severe hypovolemic shock.
