FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed projectile comprises body with point fuse and screw-in bottom, set of cylindrical fragmentation subprojectiles, cup, blow-out powder charge, and unfolding fin. Said subprojectiles have flat bottoms and diameter equal to body ID. Blow-out powder charge is arranged between point fuse and set of fragmentation subprojectiles. Every subprojectile comprises charge of explosive and fuse. Cup is arranged along axis of symmetry of the projectile to extend through axial channels in subprojectiles. Said cup is filled with high-order explosive charge. Projectile inner surface is rifled while subprojectile outer surface is provided with pins located in said rifles.
EFFECT: higher hitting efficiency.
