FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: powder from a bin is charged under action of gravity force and torsional vibrations of the disc to spaces between blades, which form chambers. Besides, blades 3 vibrate due to torsional vibrations of the disc and provide more complete powder filling of the space between them. Then, due to disc rotation the powder in the above chambers moves in a circular direction to the outlet channel, where it is fully unloaded to it from each chamber under action of gravity force and vibration of the blades.
EFFECT: increasing uniform supply of such loose powders and simplifying the design of the device.
