FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises measuring chambers that underlie the movable disk so that the inlet opening of each measuring chambers is secured from the side of the bottom plane of the disk in the region of corresponding opening for charging loose material. The movable disk is mounted on the shaft connected with the control system. The hopper is provided with the vertical cylindrical member mounted in the region of the outlet opening. The base is made of an unmovable table. The diameters of the inlet and outlet openings of the measuring chamber and the diameters of the openings for charging loose material and for discharging loose material are equal. The height of the measuring chamber is less than the distance between the bottom and top planes of the movable disk and unmovable table. The side of the measuring chamber is cylindrical, or concave, or convex and is symmetrical to the vertical axis of symmetry of the measuring chamber. The openings for charging and discharging loose material are arranged over the tables at the same distance from their centers.
