STUDY OF N-GLYCANS WITH APPLICATION OF EXOGLYCOSIDASES Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC G01N33/68

Abstract RU 2475759 C2

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: methods include decomposition of preparation of glycanes by means of multiple exoglycosidases. In some versions of the invention realisation glycanes are processed by means of multiple exoglycosidases simultaneously and successively with further comparison of characteristics of decomposition products which were formed. In some versions of realisation methods in accordance with the claimed invention include comparison of products of decomposition of N-glycanes, which were decomposed by means of multiple exoglycosidases simultaneously, with N-glycanes, which were decomposed by multiple exoglycosidases successively.

EFFECT: method improvement.
