SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Described is a group of inventions comprising a conjugate of an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof and a cytotoxin for delivering a cytotoxin to a subject (embodiments), a therapeutic composition containing said conjugate, method of treating a patient in need thereof, comprising administering an effective amount of the composition, recovering a polynucleotide which codes the antibody to produce said conjugate, an expression vector, a host cell for producing said conjugate, a method for producing a conjugate, an antibody-drug conjugate for delivering a drug group to a subject. In one embodiment, the conjugate of the antibody or its antigen-binding fragment and cytotoxin contains at least one glycan containing at least one group of formula -Gal-Sia-C(H) = NQ-CON-X.

EFFECT: invention extends the range of agents for delivering cytotoxins to a subject.
