Information content which is represented by a DOM and which includes a scripting language associated with the information content is received and original content of the DOM is stored after execution of the scripting language. Further, video content is adapted for client devices. The scripting language associated with the information content can be sent to client device along with a modified DOM and processed video content. Pre-processing of the scripting language is carried out to identify nodes related to video content and to maintain all other original nodes, for example.
