SUBSTANCE: substrate consists of first connecting leads connected to the terminal lead of a gate which is connected to leads, second connecting leads connected to the terminal lead of a gate which is connected to leads, combined leads which combine two mutually adjacent leads from the first connecting lead and the second connecting lead into one lead, a first checking lead which can convey a checking signal to the combined leads which are not adjacent in the combined leads, and a second checking lead which can convey a checking signal to the combined leads which are not connected to the first checking lead and are not adjacent in the combined leads.
EFFECT: high reliability of detecting short circuits by adjacent selecting interconnections formed in the same layer.
