SUBSTANCE: substrate with an active matrix is provided with first current-conducting test tracks (70, 75), configured to transmit control signals to first current-conducting switching tracks which are not adjacent each other, and to second current-conducting switching tracks which are not adjacent each other. The substrate is also provided with second current-conducting test tracks (72, 77), configured to transmit control signals to first current-conducting switching tracks which are not adjacent each other and are not connected to the first current-conducting test tracks, and to second current-conducting switching tracks which are not adjacent each other and are not connected to the first current-conducting test tracks.
EFFECT: reliable detection of short circuiting between adjacent current-conducting connecting tracks formed on the same layer.
