FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: systems and methods are described, which facilitate using a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) in transfer messages for access to a system. A HARQ-object is provided, which controls multiple HARQ-processes, which may typically use new data indicators (NDI), in order to identify, when received data is a new transfer or a repeated transfer. For resource grants the HARQ-object may define whether a transfer message is a new transfer or a repeated transfer, on the basis of a type of a message, which contains a grant. Besides, the address contained in the message, previous usage of the HARQ-process and/or etc. may additionally be used to define whether a message is a new transfer or a repeated transfer. After definition the HARQ-object may provide a message into the appropriate HARQ-process along with indication of new transfer or repeated transfer.
EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of communication lines.
